When a novice sorceress, Allsa, comes into possession of an ancient artifact, she's guided by the skeptical battle-priestess, Allsa, through treacherous terrain to locate a legendary wizard. Assisted by a grumpy dwarf, an irritating mercenary, an erudite elven mage, and a modern minstrel, Allsa leads this diverse group to thwart the imminent Zarrum invasion threatening the northlands after the human king's demise and the elven king's descent into madness.
